Since 1888 Maison Micouleau has passed down recipes from father to son to serve you foie gras, confits, cassoulets, pâtés and other typical dishes. Without dyes or preservatives, all products are made in the Beaumont de Lomagne workshop.
Visit of the cannery by reservation (for groups).
