Located on the sunny hillsides of Balignac and Poupas, the Salvadori family has been passionately growing hazelnuts for over three decades. Their first hazelnut trees were planted 35 years ago, marking the start of a family adventure dedicated to quality and authenticity.

Committed to a production method that respects nature, they transform their hazelnuts into delicious specialities: smooth spreads, hazelnut oil with subtle aromas and many other delicacies to discover.
Did you know?
The hazelnut harvest is a key moment in their work. From the end of July, the ‘fresh’ hazelnuts are picked by hand to preserve their unique flavour. In September, the ripe hazelnuts are picked directly from the ground using a harvester.
