On the sunny hillsides of Balignac and Poupas, the Salvadori family have been passionately growing hazelnuts for over 35 years. Fabien and Rémi, producers from father to son, perpetuate a know-how handed down from generation to generation, making their farm a local benchmark for quality and authenticity.

From orchard to plate
La Ferme d’Aygots offers a range of gourmet products from its own orchards:
– Fresh hazelnuts: hand-picked from the end of July to preserve all their flavour and crunchiness.
– Full-term hazelnuts: harvested in September, directly from the ground using a harvester, to ensure optimum ripeness.
– House specialities: smooth spreads, hazelnut oil with subtle aromas, and many other sweet treats to discover.
The Salvadori family is committed to environmentally-friendly farming: respecting natural cycles.
