Description
An artisanal fattened duck cannery to enjoy foie gras, confits, duck breasts and other cooked dishes.
Manuella and Jean-Paul grow grains and oilseeds. Some of the corn is traditionally used to force-feed ducks. They are slaughtered, cut and processed on the farm under “Tradition Foie Gras” specifications.
Farm produce for direct sale: Fatty ducks, fresh and processed. Preserves, foie gras, duck breasts, confits. Pies and rillettes.
