Sale of foie gras, confit, duck breasts
Manuella and Jean-Paul grow cereals and oilseeds. Part of the corn is used to force-feed ducks traditionally. They are slaughtered, cut and processed on the farm under “Tradition Foie Gras” specifications.
Farm products for direct sale: Ducks fat, fresh and processed. Preserves, foie gras, duck breast, candied. Pies and rillettes Opening: by appointment.
