At the crossroads of farming and culinary know-how, Éric Bousignac opens the doors of his farm and artisanal cannery. An artisan canner, he passionately perpetuates a gourmet tradition rooted in the Gascony region.

Foies gras, magrets, confit legs and gizzards, cassoulets, pâtés, stuffed necks, ready-made meals…
All products are carefully prepared in his cannery, according to homemade recipes that honor the authentic flavors of the region.

On request, Éric can also prepare his famous paëlla gasconne or other local specialties for your festive meals and events.

Direct farm sales by appointment all year round.
