Description
“Circuit de la chêneraie” walking trail – PR8 – 17 km
Picturesque and flowered village, Montgaillard is a former potters’ village and the former residence of the lords of Montgaillard Percin (1566-1708) whose castle was razed in 1638 by Richelieu. In place was built a mansion which remain only a corner tower and part of the moat surrounding the castle.
