A kitchen area: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with ceramic hob equipped with 2 ovens, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds 90 x 180 (possibility of an extra bed).
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160 x 200. A bathroom: sink, shower cubicle, corner bath, wc.
A laundry room: washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes line, vacuum cleaner.
Baby equipment: Cot, high chair, booster seat.
Outside: you will enjoy a swimming pool with direct access from the gîte (9 mx 4 m) secured by a fence and equipped with an alarm according to the NFP98307 standard, a large terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, a private green space, a gas plancha and a barbecue.
Reserved parking space in front of the gîte.
Small animals accepted with the owners’ agreement.
