Description
Classified in the 1st category, the racecourse of Beaumont de Lomagne welcomes the best horses and the most talented drivers. Specialized in harnessed trot races, the racecourse also offers mounted trot races and gallop races.
The Beaumont racecourse offers trainers, drivers and breeders quality reception facilities. Visitors and gamblers are in an elegant green setting. Often called the “Petit Vincennes”, the Bordevieille racecourse is an ideal place to spend an original day in Beaumont de Lomagne. A quality catering is offered at the panoramic restaurant, a snack based on local products is available to the public.
Each year the racecourse receives the most famous horses and drivers from the national scene, they race on a pink sand track (Cat.1), 1,135 m long, 20 m wide, banked turns, approved track. Length of the finish line: 250m.
About fifteen meetings a year are organized with on-site betting thanks to the PMU, premium days allow games throughout France.
