This cottage will delight groups, family gatherings and friends because it offers up to 13 beds (possibility of adding extra beds: up to 18 beds.)
Arrivals are allowed from the morning to take advantage of the full days on site.
This large gîte offers various shaded terraces including a 100m2 terrace with a jacuzzi which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Many relaxation areas will welcome you with deckchairs and garden furniture.
It includes: on the ground floor: two fully equipped modern kitchens, two spacious living rooms with fireplaces and large bay windows offering a magnificent view of the countryside. Large tables will welcome you to meet up with family or friends while enjoying the panoramic view.
In terms of beds, a total of 6 bedrooms are distributed as follows:
On one side of the gite:
On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 and 1 single bed (90) and a bedroom with a double bed of 140.
Separate shower room and a separate toilet.
Reversible air conditioning, wood stove. Spa in glass room.
On the other side of the gîte:
On the ground floor, a bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people of 140 as well as a separate shower room and a separate toilet.
The floor distributes 3 bedrooms each with a double bed of 140.

Enjoy a second Spa on the outdoor wooden terrace and many leisure facilities on site: vintage pinball machine, volleyball court, badminton, pétanque, table tennis, board games and bicycles are at your disposal: 4 New mountain bikes and 1 electric mountain bike

Two leisure bases are accessible in summer. One at 5 minutes, the other at 15.
Beaumont de Lomagne at 3 km, Moissac and Castelsarrasin at 20 mins, Montauban and Auch at 35 mins, Toulouse at 50 mins.
