The accommodation is entirely on the ground floor and comprises a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, opening onto a large living/dining room (corner sofa, sofa, TV, fireplace). One bedroom with 1 bunk bed (0.90cm) over 1 double bed (140cm), one bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), one bedroom with 1 single bed (160cm), one bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and a child’s bed (up to 6 years) and a washbasin. 2 shower rooms, each with a walk-in shower, 1 double washbasin in one shower room and two washbasins in the other, and a toilet in one shower room. Separate wc. In the large hallway, a children’s play area has been fitted out with a desk, various games and a changing table. A cellar with washing machine. Gravel courtyard with arbour, garden furniture, garden table and chairs, barbecue. Free Wi-Fi in the gîte. Duvet cover, bathroom linen and household linen provided and included in the price. Private swimming pool (8×3.82×1.50) with steps and two small massage jets. Adjoining the owners’ house, not overlooked and with independent access and parking. Cleaning package compulsory for corporate clients (see accommodation details).
