Recipe proposed by Lomagne tourist office
-10 cl of orgeat sirup
-1 bouquet of mint
-Cut the melon in half.
-Take out the seeds . Cut the pulp in dices.
-Wash the mint leaves.
-Mix the fruit dices.
-Pour the sirup in a carafe, then add the melon juice.
-Add the ices cubes and the chiseled mint leaves.
Advice : Cool it down before serving. Stir just before drinking.
